At Fremont HomePlus, we take the health of our community seriously.  As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, and out of an abundance of caution, Fremont HomePlus has made the difficult decision to delay opening until we can do so safely for our residents and staff.   Please stay safe.  We look forward to seeing you soon.

Our Services

What is a Home Plus?

The Kansas Department of Aging and Disability Services regulate and license Home Plus residences which it defines as a residence or facility caring for not more than twelve individuals. The Home Plus is designed for individuals who may need personal care or assistance with the activities of daily living.

Is Fremont Home Plus right for you or your loved one?

If you are an adult aged 55 and older, who is physically and mentally independent, but needs assistance with daily activities, Fremont may be a fit for you.

Will Medicare or Medicaid pay for Home Plus?

Home Plus residences are licensed by the State of Kansas. Residences are eligible for Kansas Medicaid. Home Plus residences are not eligible for Medicare.
